how do I reach jieyang pandong town from Guangzhou?

please suggest a fast way to reach. any good hotel to stay in jieyang?

I suggest you take a bus at Tianhe Bus Station or Provincial Bus Station to Jieyang first. Then take a taxi to Pandong Town directly. It takes around 5.5h from GZ to Jieyang by the way.
