Jieyang chaoshan to Pandong and Pandong (Jieyang) to Guilin

Hi.. Please help, I have some questions regarding chinese public trasportation.
1. We are going to Pan dong （磐东） From Jie yang airport. How to get there by rail/ bus? Should i book 30 days in advance? My flight is on September 27th 2017, it's about 9 days from now?
2. Could you tell me the easier and cheapest way to go to li river (guilin) from pan dong (jie yang)? I Prefer to go by rail. but i haven't book any ticket. can i get it on time?
3. How much the rail or bus cost to go from that place (Question 1 and 2)?
