About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

I am us and Sri Lankan citizen and traveling in New Zealand. I would like to Visit China.

Can apply visa in NZ? Last year, I visited China and only stayed one week there. What type of documents need to submit with application. Application fee should be paid with application form or when I pick my passport?
Which country citizenship should I use to get it in NZ? Please I need your advice before come to Wellington.

You have both country's passport? If so, you are suggested to apply with your proof of legal status in NZ, USA's passport.
For applying a Tourst L, you can provide your valid passport, an application form, round trip tickets to China, hotel booking confimations in China to apply. The fee should be paid when you collecting your passport.
