I have a working permit that is valid until Oct. 10, 2014, if i want to extend my stay do I need to get a new Work Z so i can apply for a new  Resident Permit or I can just renew my working permit? Thank you!

Generally speaking, you just need to renew your work permit, so that you can extend your resident permit. If you still work in your current company after your work permit expires, your current company will help you to renew your work permit.If you want to change another job, you may need to get a new work permit and then apply for a new resident permit after you are in a new company.
