Can Hong Kong Octopus card use to take shenzhen MTR?

Only a special one named Hu Tong Xing works in botb places. I also heard that you need to top up it with HKD in Hk and Chinese Yuan in Shenzhen. It can be bought at the Customer Service Center of any MTR station in Hk and some major stations in Shenzhen, such as Futian Checkpoint, Luohu Station, Shenzhen North Station and Shekou Port Station.
