About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Arriving Hong Kong , Mid Sept can i still get L visa for mainland china in Hong Kong ?

You can try to apply it through the local tour agency, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end. Anyway, you can have a try and good luck with you.
