How much is taxi fare from Beijing Airport to Marriott Hotel City Wall at 7 pm (rush hr) ?

There will be 3 of us traveling. I am concerned that the taxi will be stuck in rush hour traffic at 7 pm. Will the taxi take a long time?

I don't want to take the subway since it is also rush hour and we have luggage.
