Is the Shichahai Subway station in Beijing open yet?

And can I go from Nanluoguxiang Station directly to the Olympic Park on line 8 without changing stations? Thanks

Yes, the Shichahai Station is open now. you can use the line 8 to shuttle between Nanluoguxiang and Olympic Park without changing station.
