what specific diseases are not allowed by internationsl students to enter china?

James, those who suffer from serious mental disorders or open pulmonary tuberculosis are forbidden to enter China, according to latest regulations. Previously, those with AIDS, venereal diseases and gafeira were not allowed to enter China too. However, this regulation was revised in 2010.0
