Question

Hi.  I am looking to charter a private birthday cruise for me and about 14 friends for a night cruise of the Huangpu river.  I would like for us to be able to supply our own dinner and connect an iPad/iPod to play music.  I turned 42 last week and it would be great if I could book this as soon as possible.  If not, I’m also okay with postponing it until my favorite holiday, which would be on Halloween, October 31st.  Please let me know if you can help me put this together.  I live and work in Shanghai.  I don't know what would be easier, going down to Shiliupu and trying to find someone who could help me seems inefficient since my Chinese is good but not great. Thank you.
