We are sorry that we can not provide you a PDF for reference. Now there are many high speed route available like Beijng to Shanghai, Shanghai to Hangzhou and Xian to Beijing. If you are interesting in the high speed route you can choose your departure and arrival city and search for more information on our website. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In most big cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou some of the staff in railway station can speak English. Also you can try to get help from other passenger in the station. Most students in China can speak some English.
