Work Visas- China. Touring Theatrical Production

Good day,
I am enquiring if it will be possible to make application for our Theatrical Touring Production which is due to perform in Shanghai, Beijing and other centres starting in Dec/ Jan. The Company are mostly travelling on South african passports, with a few British, one Australian, and one Irish.

My problem is that the members of the Company will not all be in South Africa together following the New Zealand tour, as some will be holidaying in other countries. We therefore need to get these visas processed whilst we are in New Zealand.

We are a group of 54 people, performers, technicians and admin staff.

Regarding invitation letters, would each individual require one, or would there be a letter for the group and the production as a whole? Could you also advise what other documentation would be required.

Your help would be greatly appreciated., as time is running out and this multi million dollar production could be in jeopardy if we cannot get them in time.

Thanking you in advance

Since all of you will apply in New Zealand, you can use one invitation letter to mention all the 54 names. With the invitation letter, you need to apply for each individual with their own valid passport, application form, proof of your legal status in New Zealand through local nearby embassy/consulate.

You cannot apply as a group together, because you will not enter China together.
