Re. getting permanent visa for China

Hi Dear
Good Morning
I Am Indian Living In China since last 1 Years and Have My Own Company In Keqiao Shaoxing County

in Zhejiang proviance and I Have Purchesed My Own Property too

Are We allowed To Get a Permannent type On That Base also My Age is 60 Years

Or We Just Keep Renew Our current ones Every Year?
Please Guide Us
I will Be Very Thankful For Your Help
and We All Indians Or Other Foreigners Can Have Light On This Issue

For the perminent visa, do you mean a permanent residence in China?
If so, you are not qualified for applying it. You only live in China for one year. For people over 60 years old and have no direct relative outside China, they can apply for a permanent residence if the elderly has already lived in China for five consecutive years and live in China for no less than 9 monthes every year.
If a foreigner invest in China, he/she need to have a 3-year steady investment with well tax records, he/she can apply for it.

For your situation, you may need to renew your current permit every year.

I Said 12Years Note Not 1 Year(by Mistack i wrote 1 year)
and I Have My Own property Apparttment Purchesed since 2006
and I said Permanamt Visa

Since you are now in China, you cannot apply for a permanent type. If you want to appy, you need to go back to your country to apply, but it is hard to get it.

You can try to apply, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end. Accrding to the information, only around 5 thousand people get the residence permit, so it is not an easy task. Anyway, you can have a try first and hope you can get it in the end.
