What can we expect weather-wise in January in Taipei? I assume Too cold to swim?

ReplyAccording to the weather records, it is cool and humid at that time, the average temp is about 15℃. It has plenty of rainfall in that month. I’m afraid it’s too cold to swim.01Reply
