About:Getting to Macau

Ferry / Turbojet from Macau to HKIA (is only for flight passengers ?)

Can we buy ferry ticket from Macao to HKIA for the sole purpose to the hotel close to the airport (Novotel Citygate) ? Because when we try to buy online ticket, must fill out the flight details. whether ticket to HKIA is only for flight passenger ?

Yes, you are right. This ferry line is a closed channel only for flight pasengers, no need to go through HK immigration. Therefore, you cannot take that with the purpose of staying in a hotel in HK.

Then take a ferry at Macao Maritime Ferry Terminal to HK-Macao Ferry Terminal in HK. After getting off, walk to Sheung Wan MTR station to take Island line to Central and then walk to HK station to take Tung Chung line and get off at Tung Chung station. Leave from exit D and you can walk to your hotel.
