I am a US citizen flying from Astana Kazakhstan to Urumqi with a layover of 8 hours, than connecting to Beijing with the final destination to Korea. Will I be able to exit the airport to stay in a hotel in Urumqi for the night. the whole transit time from Urumqi is less than 24 hours. your help will be appreciated!!
