which train station in shanghai to i get off at?

Hi I will arrive at Pudong Airport and want to take the train to my destination at: Wuning Road, Caoyang Road Station. Which trains do I need to catch? Do I have to swap at some point and get on a different line?

To travel by metro, you have to transfer for several times on the way. Then I would suggest you go by shuttle bus + metro. Take shuttle bus line 5 to SH Railway Station, where you can transfer to metro line 3 and get off at Caoyang Road. Leave exit 1 and you can easily walk to your destination.
