About:Shangri-La Weather

How about the weather in 05/09 - 16/09 in Shangri-la.Do I need to bring winter cloth?

According to the weather forecast, it will be cool, windy and humid during those days, the average temp is about 18℃. It rains a lot, you need to bring your long-sleeve shirts and overcoat. If necessary, take some rain gear, too.
