About:China Customs Declaration

Workout Supplements and Over the counter Meds into China

Can I bring preworkout powder, vitamins, and medicines such as Advil, Immodium, and Pepto? Should I put it in my Carry On or my Check bag?

You can take some medicine into China, but the total amount should not be over 7 days' usage. Besides, you still need to take the doctor's prescription.
