If you send through China Post, a tracking number can be got for each parcel. The situation of no tracking number does not exist as I know, so it will not cost less to send withouth a number. For the delivering time, it is hard to tell. Sometimes, it takes less than 45 business days, but sometimes, it takes longer than that.
