About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Authentication of document (Registration company in China)

Hi... I going to register a company in China and they required me to authentication the documents.
May I know what is the document I should submit for the authentication? And what is the procedures?

Generally speaking, your passport and your bank statement in your country need to be authenticiated. These documents need to be notarized and then authenticated in the Chinese embassy.
Personally speaking, it is suggested to find a agency to help you and you only need to follow their requirements to finish your register.
