About:China Postal Service

Pls help me find my package: My tracking number is RL029800033CN

My package is supposed to be delivered to nigeria but destination country on the website is saying IL. Some one please help. Was it shipped to the wrong country?

The latest status shown as "2014-08-28 00:00, The postal item was delivered to its destination on 28/08/2014 via the Nachla postal unit in Haifa.", so it has already reached in IL and it has the right destination.
