I'm trying to call a woman in Shenzhen

Who has an older number - the number, as provided, is 13415405439. I have been trying, unsuccessfully. Can you help? Any suggestions? Help?

Michael, did you add your exit code and Chinese country code (+86) before you dial the cellphone number?
