About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE TO REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL

if it is a free Airport Express shuttle bus service, why still need to buy AE ticket? I thought it is a free ride if showing the air ticket.

Oh, you should misunderstand that. The free shuttle buses are arranged for AE train passengers, so you have to show the AE ticket as well as your air ticket to get on. By the way, bus line K3 can directly take you from Kowloon station to your hotel.
