About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi. I am flying from Japan to Shanghai back to Japan. I'll be in Shanghai for 2 nights. visa?

Do I need to get a normal tourist L?

Yes, you need a normal Tourist L for visiting Shanghai, since your trip is a round trip and you cannot enjoy either the 72-hour free transit or 24-hour free transit.
