i am pakistani national, uae resident. do i need visa to hong kong?

I am an Pakistani National, I am working in Dubai and i am planning to travel Hong Kong for attending exhibition Hong Kong Electronics fair 13-16 October 2014 at Hong Kong Exhibition Center. Can i get VOA or i should get a permit a prior to travel. In Dubai from where i can obtain it, what are the requirements. appreciate your prompt reply. Regards, Muhammad Tariq Farooqi

You need to apply one before you enter HK. You need to apply it through the Chinese embassy in Dubai. For applying, you need to provide your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, financial standings such as bank statement (if any), round flight tickets to HK, an invitation letter from the meeting and a proof of your purpose to HK.
