what is the meaning of this status?

Hi, my shipment no: " RK031403469CN " is currently showing the status as: "2014-08-16 15:41, UAE, DUBAI Sorting Center, Dispatched from International Mail Exchange".

Hi, actualy when they received my parcel in UAE the box office # was not mentioned, that is why they returned it.
I called the seller again to resend it , but he said that he didn't receive it back once he receive he will send it again but till today I didn't get anything. Will never order again from china, many calls, many emails and nothing happened!
Hope you will receive yours.
