About:Visa Policy of China

How do I get a Perminate Visa in China- I am from the Philippines

HI I heard that after being in China for 3 consecutive years, I could be eligible for a perminate residency type. Could someone please send me a link for this.

There are specific requirements based on different purpose in China.
