business visa applications to apply in china by singaporean

Question

Could you please confirm and advise whether Singaporean can travel to Beijing Embassy to apply business types on behalf of their staffs.Now I am in UK Cameroon embassy to apply for business types on behalf of my staffs but were rejected as they will only do it for UK Citizens.  (For the past few years, I have been applying in UK but now they stopped for foreigners)

Which country's visa do you want to apply? If you mean for Carmeroon, it is a pity and you are suggested to contact the embassy directly. The Cameroon embassy in China has their phone number as (010) 65321828 or 65322344 and their email address is acpk71@hotmail.com.
