About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hour visa free transit- from Narita - Chengdu - Dubai

We fly into Chengdu from Narita and are there less than 72 hours, we are then flying to Dubai as our final destination but have to connect via Narita again, are we eligible for this policy as Dubai is our final destination and in theory is the third country?

For the flight from Chengdu to Dubai, is Dubai printed on the flight ticket as your final destination or Narita as the destination?
If the flight ticket has Dubai printed on as the final destination, you can enjoy the 72-hour free transit, otherwise, you cannot enjoy that policy.
