About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Does my Z visa work as entry to china even tho I have switched employers?

My first school decided their enrollment was too low so I did not take the job in Ningbo. Now I have signed a contract with an international school in shanghai. Can I enter China with my original Z type from 30 days ago and begin my new job?

You can use your original Z to enter China, but you cannot work with this original one. If you want to work legally with the new school, you need to apply a new Work Z.
