Hi, Im planning to go shopping in 1st Sept. in Taipei, advisable? is it summer sales now?

Yes, since early Sep. there will be summer sale there. But I have to remind you that it would be during the typhoon season, so you are recommended to pay attention to the weather forecast in advance.
