Packages from China to Europe

I would like to send my friends at home a care package with souvenirs and typical asian stuff. What am I allowed to add? My list would be like this, but I'm not sure if I am allowed to send this, I'm afraid that there are problems with the customs. 1 package of cigarettes, 1 T-Shirt, Chopsticks, Tea, Sweets, small bottle of typical alcohol, post cards, book about beijing...and do I need to add the bills?
