Angolan passport to Hong Kong

I am Angolan passport holder,and wish to travel to Macau and from there to Hong Kong,please can i get Hong Kong visa from Macao?

Generally yes, you can go to the Office of The Commissioner of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in Macao to apply for a HK visa.
