About:Chinese Embassy in India

What are required documents for china authentication from china embassy

Dear sir,
I am Anjali. I got job in china.but employer asking police verification documents and authentication certificate. My question is what are the documents required for authentication for Indians in delhi embessy.and in how many I may get authentication certificate.and what they will verify and how many days will take?

Anjali, I think you refer to the non-criminal record. It should be issued by your local police station. Before you get it authenticated by Chinese embassy, you should get it attested by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then you need to bring the following ducuments to get your record authenticated by Chinese embassy.
1. an explanation letter that state what documents you want to get authenticated and why you want to do that. In you situation, you can specify that your purpose is to apply for a Chinese Z type visa.
2. filled authentication form.
3. your passport (both original and copy versions).
4. your non-criminal record (both original and copy versions)

It normally takes 4 days if you submit all required documents.
