Macau visa for Afghanistan passport holders

I asked before also for Macao visa that Afghanistan people is allowed to go there without visa and I got this ,
You can get a VOA on reaching Macao , what u mean I can get visa on arrival ?
So I am coming with my fiancé it means we don't need to get before visa ? We can come without visa just to stay for 30 days ? Please explain us completely I mean for Afghanistan passport holders ,
