Your spouse can apply for a S type for staying with you.

Your spouse needs to prepare the following documents to apply: valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, your invitation letter, photocopy of your resident permit and your passport, your marriage certificate, your spouse's personal statement and other documents the embassy/consulate requires.

The application should be done at the local CVASC.

He cannot work with S type. Based on the rules, he can use the marriage certificate to apply for S type.
