renewal visa in china

Sir if i have one month visa for china and i want to stay there more than one month so where can do it and how long time it will take?

You need to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for applying and the extension time will not be longer than one month.

The airport does not have a exit-entry adminstration bureau.
It is not assured that you can change your Tourist L to Business type, because according to the rules, it cannot be down. So you may need to go to the nearby exit-entry adminstraction bureau. If you are in Pudong area, you are suggested to to the office at No. 1500, Mingsheng Road. You can take the local subway line 2 to Sicence and Technology Museum station and then walk to that place.

For applying a business one, you need to get an invitation letter from your partner in China. Then you can use your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, your invitation letter to apply for a business one. Besides, you still need to provide a personal statement, your company introduction letter and other documents the embassy/consulate requires.
