May I ask information which area in Yinchuan we can apply permit for go into Innner Mongolia.  and what support documents need , and how long will be taken.

Somchai, are you sure that you need to apply a special pemit to visit Inner Mongolia? I just heard that foreigners were required to apply for Tibet Travel Permit f they want to visit Tibet. Never heard about this. Anyway, you may visit local police station or entry and exit management department for consultation.
