Diabetes, post insult condition, spinal disk degeneration for treatment in beijing

My father has Diabetes, post insult condition, spinal disk degeneration. Which hospitals are better for such treatments?

I know a very good hospital for spinal disk degeneration. It’s Hospital Attached to Aeromedicine Institue of P.L.A. It is located No. 15 of Changyungong, Haidian District.
