About:Chinese Embassy in Egypt
I’m Egyptian with residency visa in UAE. Currently in Egypt for 2 months Can I apply from Egypt?

You have a Egypt passport, right?
If so, you can easily apply it in Egypt through the local Chinese embassy.0
