About:Chengdu Attractions

Chengdu to the Great Wall

I will be in the city in November and would like to spend a few days exploring the wall. I assume I will need to take a flight somewhere. Is there some place other than Beijing you would recommend?

Apart from the Great Wall in Beijing, you also can visit Jiayuguan Great Wall in Gansu, which is an important fort of silk road. Then you can fly from CD to Lanzhou and transfer to a bus or train to Jiayuguan.
