Applying for an L visa IN China

I am a Japanese national with an Australian Permanent Resident visa and am already in Beijing. I was told I can stay without a visa if it was under 15 days. However, I would like to extend my stay, and to do this I need an L tourist type. Where do I go to do this?? Could you please give me an address?
Also, I have filled out my application but it is handwritten. Will handwritten applications be rejected??

Thank you in advance.

You need to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau for consulting and applying.
The address is at No. 2, East Street, Andingmen, Dongcheng District.
For the form, the handwritten is acceptable. So please do not worry.

Thank you for your reply!
I would like to clarify one thing.
All I see on the internet is how to EXTEND an existing visa, however I have no visa. Is it still possible to apply for an L in Beijing??

It is a little bit hard to tell.
According to the rules, if you want to stay in China for over 15 days, you need to apply for a tourist L in advance in your country. So for your case, it is suggested to go to place Eden tells to consult. If you can apply one in China, you can just apply there.
