Can I get NBI clearance at the Philippine embassy in Beijing?

Yes, you can do it in Beijing, but you need to contact the your country's National Statistics Office in Manila on your onw. You may need to write to c.lalicon@mail.census.gov.ph for a request of getting the NBI. Or you can apply online directly.1
