Which city would you visit? Anyway, the recommended attractions in that area are Taipei National Palace Museum, Yangming Mountain, Shilin Night Market and Hsimenting. If the weather is good, you can also go to Ali Mountain and Sun Moon Lake.

we want to stay in taipei from 31.10. to 10.11. in a good hotel
-I found a good offer for the Evergreen Laurel A$120 per night are their any better recommendations at the same price category?
then we want to make a 5 day tour
with Edison travel service which I found on the net. After that we will stay another 2 days in taipei.
From the 1.-9.11 we will also make some day trips from taipei.1

You may search San Want Hotel. It has almost the same price with the Evergreen Laurel. The San Want Hotel has good facilities and is well located, near MRT station.1
