required documents for unemployed siblings

Hi, I was in beijing last 2009 with my family and want to go back this time with my two unemployed sisters. can they be given visa if I issue letter of support for our trip?

I think you can help them acquire the visas if you issue a letter to claim that you burden their cost during their stay in China.
