I am travelling with 4 siblings and their partners can the one person pick up the completed visas

Can one person make the trip from Newcastle to Sydney to pick up the Visas for 8 people travelling together. This avoid the postage for 8 siblings people travelling together on the same holiday. Can we authorise one person to pick them all up from the Visa centre in Sydney.
