transportation from beijing west railway station to holiday inn express temple of heaven

Please tell me what the best transportation choice is for getting from the train station to the Holiday Inn Express Temple of Heaven hotel.  I read that taxis can be hard to get at the train station.  Thank you for your help.

I suggest you travel by bus. At the train station, you can take bus no. 40 and get off at Taiping Street. Then your hotel is around 700 meters away. The reason that it is hard to take a taxi there is that too many people are waiting for taxis. So if you are lucky enough, you may get one.
