China to Thailand

Hi,I want to go to thailand from china by land. Are there any bus or train routes available from any chinese city?

The route from China to Thailand by land should be like this:
Yunnan Mengla - Laos Ban Houayxay - Thailand
Usually people start from Yunan Kunming to head for Mengla and then the rest route. It is comlicated to travel by public transportation, so it is best to charter a van in some transfer cities/areas.
