About:Cable Cars on Huangshan Mountain

We are traveling from Shanghai to Huangshan by air.

Flight comes in at 15:00, we will Need to get to Xihai hotel before the cable car closes. We don't speak any chinese. What is the easiest best way to do this?

Then I suggest you take a taxi at the 1st floor of the terminal building to the scenic area directly to catch the cable car service. It takes 70-80min to arrive. And as I know, the cable car closes 16:30-17:00. Hope you can make it.

Sounds too close for comfort. Is there a good hotel at the base for that night? I am sure we will find many things to do that evening, and can go up first thing in the morning.

At the foot of the mountain, I know an budget hotel named Wangxiushan Hotel and a deluxe one named Tang Quan Hotel.
